A complete acid-base concentration meter includes a concentration transmitter, concentration electrode, and electrode mounting bracket.
An acid-base concentration meter converts the concentration of acid and alkali in a solution by measuring the conductivity of the solution.

This instrument indirectly measures the concentration of a solution by measuring its conductivity. It is known that at a constant temperature, the conductivity of a low concentration electrolyte corresponds to the concentration of the solution. When the concentration remains constant and the temperature of the solution changes, the conductivity also changes, that is, the concentration of the solution is a function of conductivity and temperature. If the temperature of the solution can be measured and corrected to the conductivity at standard temperature according to the corresponding relationship mentioned above, it can be directly converted to the concentration of the solution. It should be emphasized that the concentration of the solution is the sum of the conductivity of all conductive ions in water. If there are two or more conductive combination components in water, the above concentration temperature conductivity data can be measured, and this instrument can also be used for measurement; If the ratio of conductive components in water is uncertain, this instrument cannot be used for measurement.
To avoid electrode polarization,The instrument generates a highly stable square wave signal and applies it to the conductivity cell,The current flowing through the conductivity cell is proportional to the concentration of the measured solution, and the secondary meter converts the current from a high impedance operational amplifier to a voltage,After amplifying, detecting, and filtering the programmable signal, a potential signal reflecting the concentration is obtained; The microprocessor alternately samples temperature and conductivity signals,After calculation and temperature compensation,Obtain the concentration value at a constant temperature.
Temperature coefficient setting range0~10%℃-1Measure H2SO4The temperature coefficient of concentration is factory set to1.60%It is recommended that users do not make any modifications.
When "Automatic" is selected in the "Temperature Measurement" project and the temperature compensation electrode is connected, the temperature value displayed in this table is the measured value of the temperature compensation electrode, and the instrument will perform automatic temperature compensation. When "Manual" is selected in the "Temperature Measurement" project, the instrument is in the manual temperature setting state, which does not detect the actual temperature of the measured liquid, but uses and displays the temperature value manually set by the user. There will be a "Hand" character in front of the temperature value on the display screen, and the instrument performs manual temperature compensation.

1. Secondary watches generally do not require daily maintenance. In the event of obvious malfunctions, it is recommended not to open and repair them on your own. Please contact us promptly.
2. The conductivity cell needs to be cleaned of dirt in a timely manner. Clean with 50% warm detergent (for strongly adhesive dirt, soak in 2% alkaline solution), brush with a nylon brush, and rinse the inner and outer surfaces of the electrode repeatedly with distilled water. Remember to touch the electrode with your hands.
3. After starting the power supply, the instrument should display. If there is no display or the display is abnormal, the power should be turned off immediately, and the power supply and fuse should be checked for normal operation.
4. The lead wires of the electrode and the connecting plug at the back of the secondary meter should not get wet, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate.
5. Incorrect use of electrodes often leads to abnormal operation of the instrument. When installing electrodes, they should be completely immersed in the solution.
